James was excellent from start to finish. From the initial visit, to after sales he was extremely professional.
The sale of my home was made complicated by my buyers solicitor being extremely poor. James kept things going, acting as mediator and negotiator throughout the process. Without him, i am almost certain that the sale would have fallen through.

Having used another estate agent to begin with we tried Odos Properties who have proven their statement of being an ethical estate agent. helen was the kindest, fiercest, fairest & most sincere person & she possesses infinite amounts of integrity & patience. i know this sounds like hyperbole, but i'm telling the utter truth. she fought our corner & was always happy to explain anything during the process that wasn't quite clear. she knew that we needed to sell quickly & she found the perfect buyers for our house.

Me and my partner have purchased a house which was advertised through ODOS properties. I can not shout their praises enough. I've got friends who are also first time buyers and their estate agents are no where near on the same level. We had Helen as are estate agent from ODOS and she was amazing from start to finish. We wanted a quick turn around and Helen made sure everyone was kept in the loop and ensured our solicitors where up to date with what we needed. If Your looking to sell or buy a property in the area, this is the estate agent to use. It's a personal service and they make you feel like they are just as excited for your new house as you are. James is very friendly and informative and made the house sale and purchasing process relatively stress free. I would recommend Odos as we got more for our property than local agents had recommended and sold within the first week at asking price. Can't ask for more than that.

He provided helpful feedback whilst the property was listed, and reviewed viewing metrics, photographs and floorplans to help us achieve a speedy sale as we were under some time pressure.
