So what does this mean?
In short, there are lots of buyers out there and not so many people selling!
So what does this mean if I sell? This data could suggest that if you were going to sell you could;
A) Get more interest, therefor more offers and a higher sale price of your property,
B) Mean that you sell your property quicker.
