This is food for thought. There are agents out there who put your property on Rightmove and then leave you to do your viewings, negotiate on the sale, do the sales progression and everything else in between. Would you rather trust your biggest asset to an agent like this, who purely lists your house and then leaves you to do the rest, or would you like to place your biggest asset with an agent who cares and wants to make sure that you are looked after during the whole process? Would you rather an agent that you could send a message to at any time and know that they will reply to you? Would you rather work with an agent who would have a back up buyer if something goes wrong with your sale? Would you rather work with an agent who cares about your and your situation, because everyone's situation is unique, and is there for you from the valuation appointment right through to handing the keys over to your buyer having done all the stuff in between? Your home is your biggest asset and I know which type of agent I would prefer to use.
